We have websites which are both mobile and tablet friendly so staff can access information about what Smile Hub provides as well as book appointments 24/7. We are committed to getting the experience at our clinics right and we operate an on-going client survey. This valuable feedback enables us to review we are doing and make any changes needed quickly.

Smile Hub is conversant with the high levels of compliance required to operate a successful on-site dental service. From Health and Safety to Information Security we are aware of the importance to get this right within our own team and yours. We have experience in both setting up clinics from scratch as well as moving an existing clinic to a new facility and have a network of suppliers who readily available to support such objectives.

Smile Hub can verify its compliance by the award of the BDA Good Practice Scheme at all three of its clinics. In order to achieve this status, we regularly undergo a rigorous audit for both our clinical and non-clinical procedures to ensure all aspects of our practice and business meet the latest criteria.

Promotion and reporting

Lastly, we are willing and able to tailor our service to best meet your requirements. Our software can be configured to record and report data on the utilisation of services, types of employees using the services as well as time saved accessing care on site. We are experienced at running both road shows and promotions in order to keep the on-site service visible to as many of your staff as possible.
